Return Policy
Our exchanges or returns are completely FREE due to size, model, color, if you were not satisfied with it, there was a mistake, or if it has any manufacturing defect visible upon receiving the product, as long as they are reported within the first 30 calendar days after you received your purchase.
After 30 days, size exchanges or returns due to non-conformity will no longer be accepted. However, regarding quality defects, you will have an extended 90-calendar-day warranty to detect them, and in those cases, you should review our QUALITY POLICY
If you wish to make a return, your money refund is guaranteed as long as you meet the conditions established herein.
In case Reversso shows an error when trying to make an exchange, please send an email to soporte@sieteleguas.com to request the exchange via email.

- 1. Exchanges for another pair are subject to stock confirmation.
- 2. To process your exchange or return request, you must send at least 3 photographs showing the condition of the product (we will show you reference profiles during the process).
- 3. For your request to be approved, the product must not show signs of use or washing and must be returned with its original packaging, labeling, paper stuffing, and wraps.
- 4. From the second exchange or return within the same purchase, shipping costs will apply, even within 30 days of purchase.
- 5. For exchanges for a different style, the new pair must be of equal or greater price than your original purchase*.
- 6. If you purchased with a promotional coupon, your discount will only continue to apply to exchanges of the same style/color; if you request another variant of the same model or any other product of a higher price, the coupon will be invalidated, and you will have to pay the difference.
- 7. Purchases under $1,599 pesos and/or products with a discount equal to or greater than 20% or from our Outlet, are only subject to return, in which case the shipping cost will be quoted and must be paid through Mercado Pago, PayPal, or directly by transfer to our BBVA account.
* Does not apply to similar models with a discount, and if it is a higher-priced model, the difference must be covered.

This is the information you will be asked for in the process:
- a) Specific reason for the exchange or return
- b) Purchase Order Number
- c) At least 3 high-quality photographs showing the quality defect in the product in detail
- 2. If your request is approved, we will send you confirmation by email along with a shipping label so you can return the order to us.
- 3. Repack the product very carefully in its original box, including labeling and the protection received (if you no longer have it, you must replace it with a similar one).
- 4. Print two copies of the electronic label, stick one on the package box to be returned and keep the other as proof of shipment.
- 5. Deliver the package to the indicated parcel service office and notify us by email at: soporte@sieteleguas.com so we can follow up.
- 6. Once we receive the product back, we will contact you to confirm receipt and proceed with the exchange or refund.
Online quality and service policies
At Siete Leguas®, we are committed to offering you items distinguished by their quality and authenticity. Each of our products is processed by Mexican hands, and each of our boots is made with animal leather and materials of the highest quality.
However, being an artisanal process, the product you have acquired may have been handled incorrectly by an operator, so any item purchased on our website pruebas.sieteleguas.mx may be returned to our distribution center if it meets the following criteria:
- 1. All our products have a 90-calendar-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
- 2. This warranty will be invalidated if the product is used under abnormal conditions or is handled incorrectly.
- 1. If the product is eligible for repair, a FREE repair will be offered as the first option, taking into account that if the product has already been molded to your foot, it will be more comfortable to continue using it, but the decision remains subject to your consideration.
- 2. In case of not accepting the repair, we will proceed to process your refund without any questions.
- 1. The animal from which the leather is obtained may have suffered small scars throughout its life.
- 2. For this reason, we do not consider slight imperfections in the material such as natural wrinkles in the leather, slight differences in tone from one foot to another or in areas within the same boot, and/or closed and naturally healed scars as a quality defect.
If you wish to cancel your purchase when your order is in transit:
- 1. Please note that the request to return your package may take 3 to 5 business days to be applied, so it is possible that you may receive your package during the process.
- 2. If so, your money will not be refunded, but the 30 calendar days during which you can return it due to non-conformity will begin.
If your order gets lost, don't worry because it is 100% insured:
- 1. Once the parcel service confirms the loss, we will send you the package again, as long as we have stock of the same product.
- 2. Otherwise, or if you wish, your purchase will be canceled and fully refunded.
If our Purchase Data Analysis Department requires further information, we will ask for a photo of a valid Official Identification to validate the payment and shipping of the order:
- 1. If we do not receive it or if the identification is not valid, your payment will be refunded immediately.
- 2. If you prefer to make the payment by other means, you can make a direct deposit to our BBVA bank account.
Refund policies
Any refund of your money is subject to the return of the purchased product, not including shipping costs paid, and once our inspectors have received and confirmed that the complaint matches the returned pair.
- 1. Once we receive the returned pair, our inspection team will evaluate whether it is accepted as a correct return, in which case you will receive a refund of your money directly through the chosen payment gateway, minus the shipping costs you covered.
- 2. Your money refund will usually be reflected within up to 72 business hours. If more time passes and you have already received confirmation from us that the refund was applied, please contact your bank or the payment gateway you used (PayPal, Mercado Pago, etc.) directly.
- 3. If your payment was made through PayPal, we have full responsibility to refund the requested money, provided that the established policies are met. - 4. If your payment was made through Mercado Pago, we have full responsibility to refund the requested money, provided that the established policies are met. - 5. If your payment was made through KueskiPay, we have full responsibility to refund the requested money, provided that the established policies are met. All full or partial refunds with KueskiPay are made directly to a bank account, and to request it, you must report directly to our email: soporte@sieteleguas.com
- 6. If your payment was made through Conekta OXXO (for purchases from our official site) or via transfer to BBVA (for purchases through our social networks), the money will necessarily be refunded to a debit account that is provided to us.
- 7. If you return a pair of boots as new that clearly shows it has been used (e.g., worn sole or damaged leather) without these having been subject to a manufacturing defect, we will not be able to refund your money, as the returned product has lost commercial value. If you wish to receive the used pair back, you will have to pay the shipping cost and provide us with the shipping address.
- 8. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for orders that have exceeded 30 calendar days from the receipt of your purchase.
- 9. If you request a refund for a purchase where you covered the shipping cost, only the product value will be refunded, excluding the shipping guide cost.
